From the minute we made contact with Mohamed at Galerie Design, he was delightful to deal with. Our brief was to create a beautiful but practical cooks kitchen. We wanted to get away from the clinical designs we had seen at other companies but still wanted a linear stainless steel look. How could these two opposites be achieved? How would someone interpret our brief? Mohamed and Anaïs came up a stunning dark walnut and bronze stainless steel effect combination with a textured granite worktop. Our new kitchen oozes refined style and a real wow factor. The attention to detail is phenomenal, from the hidden towel rails to the interesting storage solutions. We had very particular requirements regarding sizes and heights of work surfaces and cupboards and expressed very precise ideas on what we wanted to include whilst retaining ample floor space. Mohamed and Anaïs came up with a plan incorporating everything that we could have wished for with finesse to match. The design was mocked up in Galerie Design’s studio several times. Mohamed was very patient whilst we made a few well considered tweaks, getting every detail just right. Galerie Design’s fitters, Franck and Maciej are wonderful. We can’t praise their own attention to detail and their respectful and caring attitude enough. Their practical skills are second to none. Both of them worked extremely hard to build our kitchen to the finest detail. The whole process was a pleasure.
